Important HOA Yearly Dues Information
Annual HOA Dues Notice -
Statements for annual HOA dues are sent out the last week of
Nov. HOA dues are due on the first of each year (1/1). If
payment is not received by 1/10 a 10% late fee will be levied. If
payment is not received by 2/1 an additional late fee of 10% will be
levied. If payment is not received by 3/1 an additional late fee of
10% will be levied and on 3/15 the Springs HOA will turn over your
account to the HOA's attorney.
Please
inform the HOA office of any change of mailing address. |
