Position Descriptions
It is the duty of any Director of The Springs Homeowners Association to understand and uphold the provisions contained in the governing documents, in particular those enumerated in Article VII of the By-Laws.
A Director who is also an Officer or Committee Chair or Co-chair shall be guided by the Position Description of that Office.
Other duties as assigned by the Board.
